With CLIM8 Scheduler it's easy to schedule single or multiple reports or operating system commands to run at a specific date, time, and frequency to suit you. CLIM8 Scheduler gives you the ability to create and set an end date for daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or single report schedules in or out of office hours and set fields from reports results to specific values, cumulative values or values from the actual report.

The CLIM8 Postcode Look-Up gives you the ability to rapidly and accurately set up new customer records, which is invaluable in all business sectors. Simply enter the postcode and the software fills in the address data fields, reducing errors and speeding up data entry. When the organization covers the whole postcode it will return a complete address including the organisation name.

Where the telephone switch allows, CLIM8 can link to your telephony system. This gives the ability to control the phone from your PC, and will also automatically search CLIM8 for the phone number whenever an incoming call is received, often allowing you to know who is on the phone before you have picked it up!
