Outlook Email Integration (13th July)
Recently we have noticed that due to updates with common browsers and windows, the Outlook Email Integration may not load Outlook to send your emails. This is due to the Browser pop-up blocker. To fix this issue, but still keep pop-up blocker enabled please follow these steps:
Firefox
Tools > Options > Content. Ensure "Block Popup Windows is set, click the Exceptions button and add www.clim8.net as an allowed site.
Internet Explorer
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. Ensure Pop-Up blocker is set, click the Setting button and add www.clim8.net as an allowed site
Google Chrome
Options > Under the Bonnet > Privacy Content Settings Button > Pop-Ups. Ensure Pop-Up blocker is set to not allow any site to show Pop-ups. Click the Exceptions button and add www.clim8.net as an allowed site
CLIM8 Browser Update for Click to Dial (27th May)
We have now updated our CLIM8 Browser and VOIP Click to Dial integration to allow you to specify an outside line number. To check this and update your outside line number please click on the Tools Tab followed by TAPI options. If you dont use an outside line number, simply leave the box blank.
Data Import Module Updated (17th May)
We have just updated our data import module to make it easier and quicker for you to import large amounts of data from Excel. This update has also improved client matching to minimise duplicate contact information inside your CRM Software.
Diary Multi-View Update(19th April)
With the launch of our Google Calender Integration coming soon, we have continued work on the CLIM8 dairy. Based on your feedback our latest update includes links to User diaries from Multi-View and the start of the diary comments shown within the booking and direct links from them to more diary booking information
Data Centre Maintenance (9th March)
Please note, there will be essential server maintenance taking place between 11pm on March 9th and 7am March the 10th. CLIM8.NET may occasionally be unavailable for brief periods between these two times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Design Update (5th March)
You may have noticed over the past few days we have being updating our icons throughout the software. These icons make it easier for you to make your day to day activities inside the software whilst making it clearer to see the customisation options and what each section changes.

Festive Season Support
With the festive season in full swing and Christmas quickly approaching we thought we would remind you that we will still be providing software support over this holiday period.
To access this support click the Help icon. This will take you to our selection of help files which provide answers for the more common support issues. If you have any other issues over this period you can issue Support Tickets from within the Help section (please see screenshot below). You can track any support requests you have sent and also our replies in this section to ensure the smooth running of your CRM over the festive period.

Campaigns Module Updated Features & Security (8th Dec)
After your feedback about our Campaign Module we have updated it to make it easier to use with many more features. With this we have also added an additional security level to ensure only certain users can create and edit campaigns.
New features include:
- Optional Call Log to automatically record campaign information in the clients history
- View Call Log history for contacts within a campaign
- Set available actions such as create task and new diary booking
- FAQ / Basic Scripts, create and manage FAQs or basic Scripts for users on the campaign
- Plus many more minor tweaks to make the software run quicker and more efficiently
Essential Server Maintenance (1st to 2nd December)

Data Import Now Live (12th Nov)
Our data import module is now live. You can now easily update and add new clients and contacts into your database from any .CSV (Microsoft Excel File). Simply match the column headers with the fields in your CRM Software and the software does the rest for you. If you would like any more information or would like one of us to do an import with you please do not hesitate to get in touch.
New Help Files (10th Nov)
Based on your feedback over the past two months we have now added more help files into your Help section. These show you the basics of tailoring the CRM solution to you and your needs. If you would like any more help files on any part of the system please do get in touch.
PES Update (6th November)
You talked, we listened.
We have now updated our personal email software (PES). It is now even more integrated with your CRM solution than ever before. Easily switch from your Diary to sending out bulk emails. We have also made it easier for you to manage your email templates and styles. We have also added a brand new preview button on the editing screen to make it easy for you to create, view and edit your emails.
Help Files Uneditable (19th Oct)
On the 26th October the help section of your software will become uneditable as the General Document Store will give you the facility to store standard documents online. You will be able to view and download any of the help files as usual, just not add your own documents into the help section.
Please ensure any files you have uploaded onto the help section are transferred to the General Document Store. Thank you
History Enquiry - Read Only (7th Oct)
All contact log interactions that you record will now be read only within the clients history enquiry screen. To change this please contact your system administrators.
Email clients associated with Diary Bookings (1st Oct)
We have just released the latest version of our Diary Manager system which will now allow you to send a PES email to all your contacts assigned with a Diary Booking. Send reminders, thank-you messages or follow up on networking events at a touch of a button.
New Design and New Features (29th Sept)
You may have noticed our login screen has changed, but that is not all. Once you are in the software you will notice a lot more design changes and a bundles of extra features as our re-design has now gone live. This makes the software not only more pleasing on the eye but much more effective and easy to use
