The Challenge
The Financial Brokerage had lots of client data which needed to be centralised in to one location that could be easily access by all their employees wherever they are. They also needed to be able to customise the software to their needs as they needed to record all different types and kinds of information about the client and different plans. They also needed an easy and quick way to import large amounts of data on a regular basis so minimise time lost on the inputting of information into the CRM.

The Solution
After searching on Google the Financial Brokerage found PPD Computing. We were able to find a cost effective way to help them overcome these challenges. After getting to know the people and the company we agreed that our Web Based CRM Solution would be best as it was affordable, had anywhere access and could easily handle most of the challenges they were facing. We worked along side the Financial Brokerage and gave them training on the software so they could easily customise their software to their needs. We also set up the data import module with different profiles to enable them to very easily and quickly import large amounts of data directly into their CRM software.
