The Challenge
Voicedata Technology wanted to improve their efficiency through a CRM solution. They wanted to be able to access their client information from outside the office due to on the road sale agents. They also wanted to be able to allocate contacts to selective sale agents. To help make the company more efficient they also needed to be able to manage their daily activities such as diary bookings and daily tasks, as well as being able to record contact interactions to ensure that all employees were aware of the latest conversations. With agents often out of the office, they also wanted a quick way they could update and check client information and their dairy.
The Solution
After spending time with Voicedata, we both realised the best option was the web based CRM software with additional modules that could meet all the challenges they were facing. The hosted CRM ensured that they could access the software from anywhere, but to make it easier for the sale agents they also introduced the CLIM8 PDA version of the CRM so they could view and update contact details, their diary and tasks on a mobile phone. With the integrated contact log it is now easy for them to record interactions they have with their contacts, and with the latest integration of Email and SMS marketing will start to help them keep in touch with their contacts through a different channel. During the training period we were also able to show them how they could change the CRM to suit their needs and desired layout as well as creating new fields to record information they needed on a daily basis.
